  • Sending estimates, pre-op questionnaires, IFCs and post-op surveys to patients
  • Answering all phone calls and responding to your emails (Monday to Friday, business hours)

Medical billing

  • Processing patient billing, including private health fund, Medicare, WACHS, Worker's Compensation and DVA claims
  • Following up unpaid patient payments and rejected claims
  • Securing patient pre-authorisations for out of pocket amounts prior to their procedures
  • Ensuring you always get paid
