Use the Patient Experience Module to send surveys to your patients. Allow time to collect the responses needed for your activity.
Review and record
Select your reporting period and generate the summary and ANZCA form. Review the feedback and record the completed activity in your CPD portfolio.

Is the survey tool really free?
Yes. The Patient Experience Survey Module is free for anaesthetists in private practice in Australia, with no obligation to use Zento’s other services. It includes unlimited survey submissions.
How are my data and my patients’ data handled?
Survey data is stored securely in Australia. The module generates an anonymised summary for your CPD records. Use the agreed secure survey process when providing patient details; please do not send patient information through a website enquiry or ordinary email.
Do I need to be a Zento billing client?
No. You can use the free survey module while keeping your existing billing arrangements.
What do I need to get started?
Register for access with your name, email and AHPRA registration details. Once your registration has been verified, follow the welcome email to set your password and multi-factor authentication, then sign in to the Zentobox app on iOS or Android.
Does the whole survey process take three minutes?
You need time for patients to respond before you can report on their feedback. The short reporting step brings the responses together and generates your CPD form and summary without manual collation. Registration, patient responses and your own review and reflection are separate steps.
How do I retrieve my feedback and CPD report?
Open Post-Op Questionnaire in Zentobox. Select the clinical feedback and reporting period you need, review the survey breakdown, then use Send CPD Report to generate the report and ANZCA form. Review the documents and record the activity in your CPD portfolio.
Does the tool complete all my ANZCA CPD requirements?
The module supports the patient experience survey activity within Practice Evaluation. You remain responsible for meeting the current ANZCA requirements, reviewing the feedback, completing any required discussion and reflection, and recording the activity. Zento does not manage or complete your whole CPD programme.
