Physician-directed procedure bookings
We arrange procedure bookings on your instructions, coordinate with facilities and keep patients and treating professionals informed. We track bookings and the follow-up you direct.
Patient and referrer communication
We manage patient and referrer communication and correspondence. This includes outgoing letters, results correspondence and general enquiries.
Billing and payment follow-up
We prepare accounts, submit claims and follow up unpaid accounts. We follow up Medicare, insurer and patient payments and handle ordinary DVA and compensation approvals.
Practice development coordination
We coordinate agreed administration for referral relationships, new consulting arrangements and other practice development activities.
We also manage standard fee communication as part of the agreed service. Clinical decisions and item number selection remain with you.
